The following positions are available at Warringah IT:
Field/Workshop Technician
This role will involve onsite, remote and workshop work.
Tasks include:
Deliver IT services to clients like networking, installations, upgrades and migrations
Internet connections and cloud services
Provide L2 – L3 desktop, server and network support
Many other IT related tasks to keep your days busy, full and challenging
The ideal candidate will have an IT Qualification and/or certifications (completed or completing) as well as past experience in providing IT Support Services
You will be well presented, have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a problem solver.
You will need a current Drivers Licence and the ability to manage your time to complete tasks.

Quality Control Technician
This role will involve the setup and quality control of backup systems
Tasks include the setup and maintenence of:
Data backup systems on workstations, servers and network attached storage
Cloud backup systems
Workstation and server imaging
Office 365 backup – Exchange, OneDrive and SharePoint
It also requires the setup of checklists, documentation and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have an IT Qualification and/or certifications (completed or completing) as well as past experience in providing IT Support Services
You will be well presented, have excellent communication skills, with a strong attention to detail, and a desire to do all the one percenters.
Cloud/Helpdesk technician
This role will involve the setup, implementation and support of Cloud services like Office 365, SharePoint and VOIP systems
Tasks include:
Email and data migrations
implementing Cloud security
Planning and implementing VOIP services
General support and troubleshooting
It also requires the setup of checklists, documentation and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have an IT Qualification and/or certifications (completed or completing) as well as past experience in providing IT Support Services
You will be well presented, have excellent communication skills, with a strong attention to detail, and a desire to do all the one percenters.
